The book is meant to be an educational tool for everyone saved and unsaved. We will explore some basic fundamental knowledge of the cross in hope that it will enlighten, encourage, inspire and equip us for a more triumphant and victorious life. Many Christians don’t understand the real meaning and reason for the Cross. Unfortunately, this is not just the world I am speaking of; but many believers fall into this category. Many operate on the premise of what they say they believe without ever experiencing what the cross of Christ offers, other than being saved. The cross provides the needed ground for the new life to thrive. It is the dividing line between the Old and New Creation. In other words, many go through life believing they have secured their place in heaven once they die; yet because of their lack of the knowledge of the cross and what it provides, they suffer many defeats in life that the finished work of Jesus on the cross has given them the victory over. When the essence of the cross isn’t adequately understood or experienced, we live below God's expectations for our lives. Understanding The Humility of Christ, teaches believers who are being conformed to the image of Christ how to live a victorious and pleasing life before God the Father. I pray that this book will serve to bring greater knowledge and rewards to your life. Jesus said, “The thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy; but I come that you might have life; and life more abundantly” John 10:10
